Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration & Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the recruitment process, assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
– Answering Telephone Calls and Greeting visitors
– Right To Work Checks and DBS Applications for existing staff
– Responding daily to recruitment emails and sending application forms for potential employees
– Arranging interviews for Project Managers
– End to End onboarding including DBS checks, update service, references
– Preparing documentation for new starters including contracts, NOK information, Medical Questionnaire and subsequently meeting them to go through this on induction day
– Prepare employee files on HR platforms
– Update training certificates and matrix
– General assistant to Head Office Team including photocopying, filing,
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
