Our home features 12 self-contained rooms, each with their own walk-in bathroom complete with hoists designed for wheelchair users. We understand that our residents have unique needs, and we have designed our home to provide a high-quality supported living experience. Whether you require assistance with daily tasks or personal care, our trained staff are always on hand to provide support, ensuring that you feel comfortable and at ease.
We believe that a safe and comfortable living space is the foundation of a fulfilling life, and our home is equipped with modern facilities to help you lead an independent life. Our spacious living areas provide a comfortable and homely environment where you can relax, socialize and pursue your hobbies. We also offer a variety of activities and events to help you stay active and engaged.
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager and support workers to join our team. Our Service Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our home, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support. Our support workers will work closely with our residents, providing assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and social activities.
