Coronavirus (COVID-19): Update 30th March 2020
I wanted to personally update you with regard to our business operations.
These are challenging times facing us all. Magic Life’s Senior Management Team discuss and review the situation in response to the situation as it develops, we update all services with the update from Public Health England guidance as it changes, and act on decisions needed.
To support our staff and people we support, We have issued detailed guidance to our staff on how to reduce the risk of transmission, maintain good hygiene, and what to do if they think they, a colleague, or someone we support has developed coronavirus.
Magic Life, understands that the health and well-being of your family is the primary importance for you at the moment. With so much uncertainty around currently surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak,
We will, of course, maintain regular communication with all our stakeholders as the situation develops.
In line with the latest government guidance, we ask for your support so we can Protect the people we support and staff by working with us to postpone all visits to the projects and maintain contact via the phone, video contact, and email. We are sure you will understand and please don’t be offended by this. You can always be sure of our best attention and professionalism.
We continue to provide the day to day support and at all projects, we have taken steps to ensure critical business functions continue and all supplies chains, deliveries, and payments to staff are uninterrupted.
