An Experienced Maintenance Person with good knowledge of Electrical & Plumbing Required.

You will be working for Paul Simon Magic Group which runs and operates a large portfolio of Rental & Supported Living Homes in and around North London.

You

You’re a caring, can-do person with experience working in building maintenance. In addition, experience in working in the care sector will be an advantage.  As well as being very practical, you like dealing with people. You’re a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and use your initiative to solve problems. Above all, you’re a team player who takes pride in your work and is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. You Must have a full driving license and able to drive a small van.

Your role

The safety of our supported residents and staff is really important. So your role will be to make sure the premises are maintained to a high standard. You’ll be confident doing fire, basic electrical and appliance checks. Faults must be reported and actioned promptly. We’ll also expect you to keep the grounds looking tidy and carry out general redecoration work. As our Maintenance Person, you’ll be a valuable member of our friendly, close-knit team, promoting the well-being of our residents. All applicants will require a full DBS check.

About our company:

We run a large portfolio of residential and supported living home properties across North London for adults with special needs.

Salary:
Starting from £25k to £30k per annum based on experience.
